Banana Protein Pancakes

One of my favourite meals to make for a post workout lunch, or lazy weekend brunch.

I change the recipe up depending on how 'hangry' I am and what ingredients I have available, but this would be the best version....

R E C I P E:

• 1 whole egg • 3 egg whites • 2 scoops (~30g) chocolate protein powder • 1 tsp. baking powder • 1/2 medium banana, mashed

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined, and mostly lump-free. Pour heaped spoonfuls of mixture into a non stick fry pan, heat moderate-high. Flip pancakes when bubbles start to appear on the top, cooking until both sides are golden brown.

Serve pancakes with the rest of banana slices, mixed fruit & nuts, honey, Nutella, or your favourite nut spread or syrup for a little bit of a sweet treat 😉😋 (keeping in mind the importance of portion size). This recipe of mine is a real protein hit and a nutrition powerhouse! Seriously so tasty!!

😍

Give it a go on your lazy Sunday x
