Cushla was amazing to work with. She taught me so many things from fuelling my body before, during and after training to full race nutrition.


I ran my first ever ultra (Valley Ultra) whilst working with Cushla and her race plan/education absolutely got me through. Cushla is very thorough and fine tunes every detail to ensure you can get the best out of your nutrition and performance.


Cushla also worked alongside me to educate a group of students at an all-girls school who were taking part in an enrichment programme. She taught them nutrition for their growing bodies, nutrition for healthy menstrual cycles and how to fuel. Cushla has made a huge difference in my training and racing and is also such a kind human!!

Running coaching

With 20 years of running experience, a background in physiology, and having completed level 1 Training Peaks coaching, it's safe to say I am passionate about runners!
